Many people smoke weed, some do it only sometimes, others do it everyday. Amongst this miasma of weed smokers there is also many different effects. Some people dont need to quit smoking weed, they can smoke everyday and seem to be able to live their life normally, but for most people, if they smoke to often it becomes a problem. So how do you know which category your belong in? how do you know if it is time to quit smoke weed?
Most people dont realise it when marijuana starts to have a negative effect on their life, and so they need to take, whilst sober, a moment of reflection to try to work out if smoking weed is doing them harm. If you are going to do this, consider the following questions
Do you need marijuana to relax.
Do you think about getting stoned during the day.
Are you always broke because you've spent your money on weed
Have you lost friendships because of your weed smoking
Do you achieve any of the things you want to achieve, or do you sometimes feel that a lot of your life has just been a waste of time.
Does it take a lot more weed for you to get stoned than it used to.
When you smoke, do you still get high, or do you end up like a zombie on the couch?
Hopefully thinking about these answers will get you to think about your weed smoking, and the answers should give a good idea as to whether or not its time you quit smoking weed.
